The National Zoo is one of our favorite places to visit.
This weekend was Jack's first trip to the zoo.
Can you tell how AMAZED he was by all the sights and sounds?
On the other hand, this was Reed's 3rd trip and he enjoyed it more than ever.

We were happy that most of the interesting animals were out and about.
The new elephant yard was really neat -
-and so were the souvenirs. Bet you can guess what comes out when you give it a good squeeze...

We had a fun, yet exhausting day.
And yes, that's Jack STILL sleeping in the mirror there.
