Jason and some friends from work completed the Warrior Dash in Maryland on Sunday. Essentially it's a 5K with a twist. Some of the obstacles included jumping fire, diving under barbwire fences and getting just plain old dirty. Though we couldn't be there in person...
we had our own little warrior cheering squad at home!
